Refund policy
At Pulsation, we want you to love your tee. If something's wrong, we'll sort it.
We offer refunds for:
- Items sent incorrectly
- Damaged or defective products
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. To request one, email us at hello@pulsationclo.com with your order number and a quick description of what went wrong. We're reasonable people — much more so than the shuttle that just hit the net.
This policy may be updated at any time. For the latest version, reach out at hello@pulsationclo.com. Same goes if you're unsure about anything — we don't bite, and we respond faster than most badminton rallies.
For best results, follow the care instructions included with your order. The shirt will outlast your excuses not to play. Wash it accordingly.
